Arsenal legend Thierry Henry started his journey into the coaching world after a successful football career.
The 38-year retired from football last in 2014 after a playing for the likes of Juventus,Arsenal, Barcelona and MLS side, New York Red Bulls.
After his retirement, Henry took up a job as a sports pundit for Sky Sports and started his coaching badges.
Henry who is Arsenal's all-time leading goalscorer has started coaching the club's U-19 sides ahead of their youth UEFA Youth League clash against Dinamo Zagreb.
Henry on Tuesday, September 15 led a training session alongside youth coach Ryan Garry for the club's Under 19s side.
Many see the Arsenal legend as the replacement for Arsene Wenger and the manager recently advised his former prodigy on what it takes to be a successful manager.
Though he was a successful player in his playing days, Wenger thinks Henry will have to undergo a 'psychological and mental transformation' if he wishes to succeed as a manager.
"[Henry] will discover what the job is about and you have to go through that process if you want to one day manage a football team," Wenger told Arsenal's official club website.
"The job of a player is centred on you and the job of a coach is centred on others. You find you just focus on others and how you can help them.
"It demands a psychological and mental transformation that is not always easy. It also demands how to get what you know is available in other people in the most simplistic way."
