Buying property in Lagos state is not only a herculean task but also causing residents pains and lots of  hard-earned money.
Another victim, one Mr. Chijoke Nwajioha parted with the sum of N103 million for a said property at Amuwo Odofin.
With dismay, Nwajioha has become a complainant at the Force Criminal Investigation Department.
Trouble started after he allegedly paid the said amount to an estate agent, one Fredrick Tarrison (46), but instead of moving into his house, Nwajioha got the shock of his life when all efforts to get the land papers proved abortive.
Police sources said Nwajioha tried contacting Mr. Harrison but his phone numbers were switched off. Nwajioha made efforts to get to Harrison in his house and his office at number 30 Rafius Babatunde road Amuwo Odofin also proved abortive.
Following the failure to locate him, the police got a warrant from a magistrate’s court and have since declared Harrison wanted over the offence bordering on conspiracy, forgery and stealing of the sum of N103million from Mr. Nwajioha between December 2009- December 2013.
